Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes 5 to 7 working days where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

Free Shipping

Currently, we do not offer Free Shipping on orders. To calculate how much your shipping charges will amount to, use the Pin Code verifier located on the check out page.

Shipping Confirmation Emails & SMS:

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the Courier Tracking Number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. This will also be followed by an SMS conveying the estimated delivery time to your location.

Shipping in Multiple Packages:

In order to deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, if your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times.Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order:

You can check the status of your order any time by clicking on ‘View My Order’ at the bottom of this page. You can also log into your account at the top of this page. We will also keep you updated on your order status via email. And finally you can also follow the progress of the shipment via the associated courier website by providing the Courier Tracking Number.


We process and ship all orders Mondays to Fridays. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. However, if your request is particularly urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to have it shipped at the earliest.

Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched overnight unless they have payments that need verifying. If this is the case,the order will be dispatched the next working day. Most items are available to ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, the delivery time is dependent on the zone your address falls under. Shipping time is usually 2-3 working days, but can take up to 5 working days. will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. This will also be followed by an SMS conveying the same. Flight delays

Political disruptions

Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.


In case of exchange request placed by the customer, the exchange will be done on special price of the item(s) not on MRP.
